	Microspace is often involved in interesting projects which go beyond the routine production of precision machined parts. The purpose of this page is to allow the web visitor to sample some of these projects that may be of interest.


	Raytheon Beechcraft Convention Display

Project objective - to design and fabricate a supporting apparatus for eight display model airplanes for Beechcraft.
Supports to be of varying lengths between two and eight feet to allow for adjustable roll, pitch, and yaw and to give the illusion of flight with eight airplanes in a climbing spiral.
Completed project must be shipped within 5 DAYS after receipt of order!
Material to be black anodized aluminum with stainless-steel mounting pins.
Crated models were received at Microspace to determine support requirements based on model wingspan, length and weight.
Design was finalized and working drawings generated to fabricate supports.
Fabrication was completed and support system delivered directly to the Dallas Convention Center one day early.
