Our skilled machinists are experienced in handling a wide array of machining requirements.
  • Our machining capacity ranges from microscopic to large.
     
  • We machine a variety of materials including aluminum, stainless steel (all grades), titanium, Macor, Teflon, beryllium copper, brass, carbon steels, G10, phenolic, Delrin, Lexan, Kovar, and moly.
  • We regularly work to close geometrical tolerances down to 50 millionths (inch).
     
  • We specialize in micro-drilling with hole diameters down to 0.002 inch.
     
  • Our Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machining, in conjunction with SmartCam Advanced 3D programming, allows us to machine complex surfaces which would otherwise be difficult to obtain.
     
  • Our manual milling machines enable critical dimensions to be "dialed in."
     
  • Our grinding department obtains the ultimate in surface finish and super-close tolerances.
     
  • Our turning operations are done on lathes ranging from tiny bench-top micro machines to large-capacity production equipment.
     
  • We finish our machining operations with a deburring process that leaves parts expertly manicured.
